Our role enhances your event coverage, working alongside traditional photographers and videographers.
We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times. You’ll receive your gallery within 24 hours of your event, and your short edited videos (under 3 minutes) will be ready within 48 hours. This allows you to relive and share the moments without the long wait.
We cover a wide range of events, including weddings, engagements, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and more. If you have a special occasion, we’re here to capture every moment.
We use high-quality Android phones to capture 4K footage as well as a Sony Camera to capture photos, which are perfect for quick turnaround and social media content. Our approach allows for flexibility, unobtrusiveness, and the ability to capture moments in a more candid and intimate way.
Note: An ECC does not replace a professional photographer or videographer. While we focus on capturing content quickly and making it social media-ready, photographers and videographers are essential for producing high-quality, album-worthy images and meticulously edited films. Consider us as an addition to your media team, enhancing your event coverage.
The process
Before you decide to hire us, we’ll have an initial consultation to understand your dream day and ensure we’re the perfect fit for you. This session also allows us to design a customized package if you’re looking for something outside of our standard offerings.
Once you choose us, we’ll have you sign a contract and pay the retainer fee to lock in your date (we recommend booking as soon as possible due to high demand during wedding season). After that, we’ll share documents via a client portal to start planning inspirations for your short videos, shot list, video guestbook, and more.
Two weeks before your wedding, we’ll have a final call to go over the timeline, shot list, and any last-minute content updates like new transitions or trending sounds. This is also a great time to introduce us to your VIPs and wedding planner/coordinator.
Your big day is here, and you deserve to enjoy every moment. We’ll be there, following the timeline, to capture every magical second so you can relax and soak it all in.
Within 24 hours, we’ll deliver your gallery, allowing you to relive the moments without the long wait. Within 48 hours, your short edited videos (under 2 minutes) will be ready for you to share—no extra phone storage needed.
